Your Instructor

Diogo Coradini

Diogo is inspired to share the freedom and life enchantment that paragliding provides those who are called to the sky.

In the words of a student

Diogo is one of the nicest people I have ever met. His natural instinct and calmness, helped me overcome my fear of heights. It removed my anxiety and doubt. Enabling me to feel comfortable in the sky, and able to concentrate on flying.  He also has a great sense of humour.

The background

Born and raised in South Brazil, Diogo is an experienced and passionate paragliding pilot and instructor. His passion for flying began in 2002 from the top of the mountains in Brazil. He eventually made Europe his point of return from where he flew and navigated his way through many countries, exploring the world from his glider.

His dreams consistently realised over years of taking off from magical mountain vistas and flying many spectacular skies. His fascination and passion with paragliding has lifted him soaring over the European Alps to the Southern Alps of New Zealand. He has been swept across thermals over the flat lands of Australia and found himself at flying over the highlands of Scotland.

With his love and passion for free flying, Diogo naturally honed his skills in the sport bringing him now to the peak of his career as a Chief Flying Instructor. He became involved with instructors across the globe as he flew his way around the world. Learning, teaching and sharing with more than 30 instructors, Diogo became immersed in their cultures and languages. He is multi lingual; his native language being Portuguese. However, he is fluent in English and Spanish, and speaks a little Italian. The benefits of his work show in the diversity of the people he has taught over the years.

Free flying for Diogo has always been about the pure enjoyment of the sport and the addiction to freedom it brings. As he learned about the sport he became a seeker, chasing the dream, searching for the wind and the perfect flying destinations.

For Diogo, being a pilot instils a sense of empowerment and confidence as he surrenders and connects with nature and the forever changing conditions. Decisions are made as he tunes in with the wind, adapts to the changes and brings forward his instilled knowledge and skills. Always seeking the lesson each flight brings.

He welcomes you to join him in the sky soon.

See you on the North side!
